If I can find the time I might do a series, I love vintage looking carnival/circus illos. Not sure why, but this was a lot of fun, so I've been sketching a few ideas for another one this week.

ReplyDeleteUH-MAY-ZING! Nuff said! WOW!
ReplyDeleteHi Karen! This is a wonderful piece — it really stands out. Somehow the showman's (show-woman's?) personality just shines, which kinda sums up, for me, the essence of performing in a circus or sideshow. And, of course, you'd have to be plenty brave to do something like this! Yoiks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for my "Sunshine" award! You are def. deserving of the same, and it's great to share the sunshine as we share our little art explorations. Keep on sharing!
Wow wow WOW, this is just all kinds of wonderful! Love the colors and that calm, confident look on her face. I always enjoying watching your work-in-progress pieces evolve. You always rock it!
