This weeks Illustration Friday Prompt is Subterranean. This is my entry. Just a quick one this week, but I think he's kinda cute. Thanks for visiting and I love comments, so if you have the time please let me know what you think. I try to comment on other peoples blogs whenever I have some time. It may be short, just a word or two because my grandson is often in my lap, I'm short on time or it's late, while I'm on Illustration Friday checking out other peoples work. So it doesn't matter if your comment is short, it's all encouraging and appreciated!
Karen I think he's adorable - I love the soft texture of the fur and all the wonderul colors and textures of the earth and plants!

ReplyDeleteHa! Well I was going to say cute and beautiful, but I see about ten people beat me to the punch! For me the contrasts between the dark and the light and the soft and the hard really add a nice interplay and balance in this work.

Wow - very nice. Love the textural (is that a word?) look.
ReplyDeleteha ha . . . that dude looks like Pat Morita in "Karate Kid!" . . .
ReplyDeletecool about what's Jon's doing with the 12-wk challenge! You're already such a part of the community and all, but the sharing can only get better and better—
ahhhhhh, he kinda does look like Pat Morita. He was my sister's neighbor at her first house in LA, Pat Morita, not this guy ;) (silly trivial fact). Too funny, I didn't even see it before.
