I'm working on this for a Valentines card. I only had enough time for a sketch for this weeks IF. I'll update with color so check back to see the finished version :) Sorry to make this so short, but I'll be back soon. Thanks for stopping by!
It's going to be AWESOME Karen, I can just feel it. I love the idea and your sweet little one up at top..wonderful! Wishing you plenty of good time to enjoy the process! Hope you've been well!
I'm continuing on my post-Comment Challenge journey. Now you have me all curious about how the Valentine's sketch will turn out. Will the final appear on your blog? I'll be back to check.
AWWWWWWW!!! An elephant. BLISSSS! And that is one awesome pinwheel! This is going to be such a sweet and beautiful card. Can't wait to see it finished!
Well, doesn't this look like a great beginning to another sweet illustration! I hope you don't keep us waiting too long to see the finished piece! Valentine's Day is around the corner, my birthday is the day after...yikes!
Heh, love the way the balloons are ties to the tail, just so cute! And I think that it's a wonderful touch.
All the curves are so well balanced, lead us around the composition right up to the important part - the hearts. And the little boy and his flowers is a delightful discovery!
Andrew, you are never too late! So glad you stopped by. I am nearly finished with the color. I'll get it up in the morning I hope. Thank you for all the kind words.
Thanks for visiting by etegami blog. I look forward to seeing the finished version of this sweet sketch!

ReplyDeleteReally like the expression on the child's face. Hope you get the time to go to color...if not, it's a beautiful black and white piece.
